The Home Listing page is a real estate type system designed to display homes and properties you have for sale.
Print preview page available with your logo and company information.
Send to a Friend option to help promote your properties and gain prospective names and e-mail addresses.
A popup Mortgage Calculator available on the listing view.
Your listings and link is also located on our web site so our site visitors can navigate to your web site. Another way we help to promote your company and home sales.
We will continue to add more features as you request them.

House Plans - View Demo Site (In development, coming soon)

The House Plans page is a database driven system designed to display your company house plans.
Searchable database can be set as a one page source to display your house plans, or can be setup for multiple developments and display plans available for specific developments only.
Print preview page available with your logo and company information.
Send to a Friend option to help promote your plans and gain prospective names and e-mail addresses.
We will be working on an editor for site visitors to modify plans, add walls, doors, furniture, etc. This is still in the preliminary stage.
A popup Mortgage Calculator available on the plan view if you want to include pricing.
We also offer color rendering for a very affordable price if you would like your elevations to show in color.

Plan Search - View Demo Site - Learning Presentation

The Plan Search was designed as an online house plan library for our prospects to access, view, print and order plans.
Now the Plan Search is available on our builders web sites. As a builder you will have access to over 800 house plans (and that number continues to grow) to show your prospects. Your company info and logo also show up on printed materials.
Print preview page available with your company information.
We later added a way for builders to access completed CAD plans to be ordered through the Plan Center for bidding purposes. There is no charge to use these plans when you use them for bidding purposes only. Builder accounts only. Call us for more info.
We have setup our system so your Plan Search page shows our plans and the ones we draw for you only. If you have another builder in the area, our system will block the plans we draw for you on their web site.
We will be working on a system where hosted builders can grab a number of our plans and add them to the House Plans page.
If you already own your own web site, you can setup the Plan Search page on your existing web site.

Plan Center - View Demo Site - Learning Presentation

The Plan Center has become one of our greatest tools to help builders communicate with their customers and sub-contractors.
New interactive furniture layout tools your customers will love to use to explore the location and spaces of their rooms. See the demo.
A list of your sub-contractors can be made available to choose from to e-mail small copies to, or you can have large copies mailed out.
Small copies do not cost anything to e-mail, and you can also include a note.
You can ask for bids from several sub-contractors with one click and the system e-mails out separate mailings to each sub.
Large copies can be mailed to a list of sub-contractors and/or yourself.
New system will send .PLT files directly to your local print house server.

Favorite Plans - View Demo Site - Learning Presentation

The Favorite Plans page (also known as the Developments page) is designed to display the plans we draw for you or selected from our library of plans. It has been specifically designed to display your favorite homes, homes your company builds or homes you recommend building.
Print preview page available with your logo and company information.
The House Plans page was designed to replace this system where you have your own plans. If you do not have your own set of plans, this is a nice simple system to show some house plans on your web site.
If you already own your own web site, we can setup the Favorite Plans page to be attached to your existing web site. We need to set you up in our database and add some code to your site before activation.
We also offer color rendering for a very affordable price if you would like your elevations to show in color.

Photo Gallery - View Demo Site - Learning Presentation

The Photo Gallery page is designed to display the photos taken of your completed houses and/or can be used to display photos of kitchens, fireplaces, master baths, etc.
On the left or top is the categories or folders that contain the photos for that category. In the main window is the display which can be viewed several different ways, including set to auto run for a great slide show presentation.
The Photo Gallery is only available on the builders web sites.

The Mortgage Calculators are our latest addition to the builders web site. Now you and your customers can try a number of different mortgage options to learn what your customers can afford.

Event Calendar - View Demo Site (Currently unavailable)

The event calendar is a simple visual calendar with three different views. Daily, Event and Calendar. You can login to the control panel to add your events.
We also have a more powerful database driven event calendar with a number of additional options. This system is primarily for our Association web site, but we can connect it to the builders web site at no additional fee.
The Event Calendar's are only available on our web sites.

Customer Task Manager (In development, coming soon) - View Demo Site

The Task Manager is designed to help a builders' customer get through the selection process as smoothly as possible. As builders, we know how important it is to keep our schedules on target, and the customer can be the one to cause delays and additional costs. The Task Manager is designed to keep everyone (literally) on the same page and up-to-date with picking out the selections, the final check list and call back.
Once the home is complete and the selections are completed, you can switch your customer over to the Check List option to record any final details you and your sub-contractors and suppliers need to complete. Once again, everyone is on the same page so no duplicate lists are needed and you will not loose this list because you can just print another.
Set up selection lists from a default primary list we provide for you, just a few clicks and your ready to go. Make as many lists as you like, one for economy homes and one for custom homes, etc.
Set up sub-contractors and suppliers and apply them to a list item. For example, your customer needs to pick out flooring, you can setup multiple names for the same company and add the company's information to the list item for your customer to access at any time.
Two separate login boxes to access the Task Manager. One for the builder with a list of all jobs, and a second for the customer to access their specific lists. There are notes that can be logged between the builder and customer, and e-mail options to send messages to the builder, sub-contractors, suppliers and your customer.
The Task Manager is only available on the builders web sites.

Related Links (New!) - View Demo Site

The Related Links page is designed to add related web sites, like your sub-contractors and suppliers. Having your sub-contractors and suppliers link back to your web site make your site more powerful and major search engines give higher ranking when others with related content are linked to your web site.
Adding links to your web site make your site more powerful and useful to your site visitors, and major search engines give higher ranking to sites with more relevant content.
